[GENERAL] I have ordered a file on your website, but I didn't receive anything.

The file may have been blocked by a SPAM filter or considered as a bulk mail by your mail client. You can ask for a new mail in the "My Files" menu, in the user part of our website.

[GENERAL] Do you provide support for your products? When can we contact it?

We provide support for each commercial products that we propose via email or forum. If a product doesn't work on your website we will help to you find the solution as soon as possible. Our support doesn't provide help to customize our products. We can help you in the forum but it's not one of our commiments. Our support team is available from Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM (GMT+1 - Paris).

[EXTENSIONS] I would like to order a component on NeoJoomla but I don't know which address I have to give for my website?

The address that you have to give us is the address corresponding to the SERVER_NAME in phpinfo().

[EXTENSIONS] Are your components encrypted?

No, no one of our components is encrypted, neither the free components, nor the commercial ones. So you don't need to install Ioncube or another decoder program.

[TEMPLATES] I wish to buy only one template rather than to subscribe to the template club. Is it possible?

No, we propose the templates only for members of the template club. The first offer is 3 months membership, it enables you to choose the template your choice in the club.

[TEMPLATES] What is the Pro membership?

The standard membership enables you to use the templates club only for a limited use (domain number); whereas the professional level enables you to set up the templates on as many sites as you wish (always in the respect of the sales conditions).

[TEMPLATES] Is it possible to remove NeoJoomla copyright?

Yes, it is completely possible to remove the copyright, remove the following part in the file index.php of the template:

However you must keep the NeoJoomla information contained in the XML file of the template. You can use the “All rights reserved” but you can't claim the creation of the template like “Designed by Your Company”.

[TEMPLATES] Can I use of the templates on my customers websites?

Only the Pro membership subscribers can use the templates club within the framework of a commercial service. 

[TEMPLATES] Can I continue to use a template when my membership is over?

Yes of course; the membership gives you accesses to new templates but there is no time limit to use the templates which you had during your membership.

[TEMPLATES] If I subscribe and that I do not want to use your templates any more, can I be refunded?

No, the membership is nonrefundable. From the moment or you subscribed we do not have any means of controlling if you used a templates or not. Do not hesitate to consult this FAQ, the space of demonstration as well as the page of commercial information before engaging you.

[TEMPLATES] Do you provide the sources of the templates so that I can customiser my site?

All our designs are made under Photoshop. Each template is thus provides with its file psd like with a file image comprising all the images used.

[TEMPLATES] How many domains can I use the templates on?

1. Standard members: there are several levels, consult the table below to see how many domains you can use:

For example, you can use all the templates on a website (a domain) with the 3 months membership and out of 3 sites if you take 1 year membership.

The sub-domains are not regarded as domains in the total.

2. PRO Members : You can use an unlimited number of templates on as many domains as wish. It is the ideal membership for web professionals.

[TEMPLATES] Can I share my account with someone else? Why my account has been suspended?

No. Your account can only be used by the purchaser on a restricted number of IP addresses. Any attempt to share your account will result in its immediate suspension.

We propose two new templates every month! Moreover, we propose special bonus templates according to your requests and  the templates popularity.
