Title: Task apply , how to select mail adres

When somebody fills in a open sollicitation form. (index.php?option=com_neorecruit&task=apply)

how can i select to witch mail adres it has to go?

i have about 10 super administrators in my website, but i can't select a user for it. or i can't find it.
