Title: Unable to download NeoLegal extension

I have tried several times to download the FREE NeoLegal extension. Nothing is sent by e-mail to, despite the confirmation that it has been done so. It has not been tagged as Spam in my Inbox either.

Can anyone e-mail me a copy please?? After all, it is free so I can't see why not.
