I really can not find the right link to download neo legal, who can help with this...

I too am having a problem downloading anything from this site. I am never given a DL option, only email the files....no matter how many times I request the files, they never show up. The confirmation email arrived, so my email addy is fine. I tried the link that was provided in an earlier post, and still email is the only option.

The mail with the attchment was maybe consider as spam?
