Thanks for this Component - Some hints are:

The component has 2 languages french and english, whenever someone has another core language in joomla system, you get an fatal error, thats fact in my system, I renamed the language filename to my system standard language, there it goes

The light box does not work at all - all white - files are present and even no lightbox funcitons are seen.

Any Help?

I still get white area with the lightbox.
No message with alert, but no picture, no buttons only white area which pops up like normal, with empty content

Anyone has any  Idea here?

We will correct the bug with language file.

Could you tell me if the lightbox files were correctly installed ? It seems that some files are missing, or that they don't have the necessary rights.

No, I did the installation twice, what kind of rights could that be?
I never had to change folder rights after installation.
How do I come to know when bugs are corrected?

Could you tell me if you can create a reference without any problem? Are the thumbnails displayed correctly for example? And did you find 2 versions of your images, one in folder /images/stories/neoreferences/references/originals/ and one other in /images/stories/neoreferences/references/thumbnails/ ?

Yes all image files are available.

Not yet, but I did not look for it, as I know there are some other solutions out there...
If you come across for a solution for neoreference or a differtent one, let me know.

 My own opinion is, that some different bots or ajax codes are disturbing within joomla...

It's possible that there's a conflict between different mambots.

We ever use the component NeoReference on several websites, and we never have this problem.

Could you give us your website address please ? I could take a look at the problem directly on.

I have put my website off with this problem.

But I have the same result than timo muller.

It's open normally but it's white.

Before neoreference works on my website but now it doesn't work.

I think that perhaps the problem come from host?

Hi. First I really want to thank the NeoJoomla Team, its a great work!!! But unfortunately the large pic doesn't show up, its just a white space. S I found out that there are two problems: The rights in the images folder are wrong, but this is easy to change. Secondly, all templates with motools features have a conflict with this component. Because lots of templates, i.e. joomlart, rockettheme, are using mootools for menu, for newsmodule etc., this is a problem. Could you fix that? I like the component very much, easy, effective, perfect for me. If it would work. Cheers, Uli

Yes, it's necessary to change the rights on the images folder. We will add  a message on installation.

And I think I see what's the problem with the motools templates. We will look at this and publish a new release as soon as possible.

the image box appears but blank
Though the issue is that my rockettheme template uses mootols that conflicts with Lightbox!!!
there's easy way to switch the Lightbox with the Slimbox instead?

A new version of the component is now in development. You will be able to select the script you want to use to enlarge the images.
