I have translated the language file of NeoLegal to Spanish/Castellano (es_MX); although I was unable to attach the file for those who might use/edit it, you can download it at JoomlaSpanish http://extensiones.joomlaspanish.org/component/option,com_remository/Itemid,27/ (http://extensiones.joomlaspanish.org/component/option,com_remository/Itemid,27/).  8) You can see it implemented at www.parteanimal.com.
