Title: error on line 68 select.php

I have a client who uses NeoRecruit version 1.4.3 and we are are working on a brand new website that is running joomla 1.5.2 goto post a new job and click on the calendar it doesn't always popup or it popups up we chose a Job beginning day it just populates the field with
y-mm-dd and then we get the above error. If we don't put a date in at all it works fine. Ideas?
