Title: Wedding time problem with font / language characters
Post by: Roman Krvavica on May 29, 2008, 08:22:40 PM
Hi,

I have problem with Wedding time and special characters because of my local language. It shows diferent characters like š, đ, č, ć, and this are letters which I have to use in my language.
I think the problem is in fonts used for wedding time.
My question is...

how do I replace fonts in wedding template with some other which have characters of my language.

i'm hoping for quick reply, I'm stuck!

Thanks

Dear all,

I would like to change the flash header and don't have Macromedia (or Adobe) Flash. How can I change it? Would anyone help me to change it for the wedding template?

The changes are very simple for a person, who knows what he/ she has to do...

Thanks for your help,
best regards,
Rolf

Hello Rolf,

You can't modify directly the sources of the flash header, but you can configure it in the file templateConfig.php (in the folder /templates/weddingtime/). You will be able to modify the title and the subtitle of the header, and some other parmaters.

Regards,

Hi,

Unfortunely, you can not use your special chars with flash title because, theses types are not understanding by fonts.
So you can use the html version of title to desactivate this parameters into "templateConfiguration" file :

$template_flashTitle, turn it to 0

Else, you can also make an image with your title and photoshop source, if you can use special chars.

Nicolas

Thanks, but that will not be comfortable for me. Instead, would I be able to chnage the font that flash uses to write the title out of the script?? I know that for examle font "Bickham Script Pro Regular" can write special letters that I need.

Hi,

You must change the font type with an another.
To do that, edit the FLASH file, select your font type can write special chars, and export it.

Into Flash file, the text field contain the informations about your font, so all users must view it.

Could you write me an email (nicolas at neojoomla.com) and I seen you the flash file to edit.
