Title: Strange Error in Global Config

hi, on clickling into Global Config i get this message

"Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /websites/LinuxPackage03DOMAIN.co.uk/public_html/libraries/joomla/html/html/select.php on line 68"

can anyone shed any light on it....also would it contribute to errors with showing latest offers (which also doesnt work)

i am running the latest Beta version

We will try to correct this problem quickly.

But what do you mean by errors with showing latest offers? Are you talking about the module NeoRecruit Latest Offers particularly?
