If you haven't receive the email with the file, it will be maybe considered as a SPAM.
You can re-send the mail with the "My Files" page, on NeoJoomla.

I received the email and the zip file as an attachment however the zip file is corrupted. It cannot be installed in joomla.

Hello Ulf,

You need first to select a declination in the select list (for Joomla 1.0 or 1.5), and then add the module to your cart.

It cannot be installed in joomla.

error-message:

* JFolder::create: Infinite loop detected
* Unable to create destination

Hi Alex,

Which version of Joomla do you use? And what version of the module have you downloaded please?

Have you checked the permissions on the folders? And have you ever tried to install another extension?
