Abonné depuis plus d'un mois, j'attends toujours les deux templates prévus comme indiqué sur le site lors de mon inscription!

En vous inscrivant vous avez accès à tous les templates existants + deux nouveaux templates par mois pendant la durée de votre abonnement!"

En effet, la nouveauté ce "moi-çi" (qui devrait s'écrire ce mois-ci d'ailleurs!) est toujours la même depuis des mois...
Sauf erreur de ma part je cherche donc les nouveaux templates du mois!!!
D'autre part, il y a beaucoup de templates pour Joomla 1.0 très peu pour 1.5 et encore pour certains faut-il activer le mode legacy.
Je rassure les futurs abonnés, le retrait paypal fonctionne impeccable!

Merci donc de m'indiquer un lien vers ces nouveaux templates, mais peut-être faut-il renouveler l'abonnement de mois en mois pour voir un jour les templates se mettre à jour?

Depuis la publication de ce message et sans même daigner répondre sur ce forum, l'équipe affutée (futée?) de Néoweb (Néojoomla) a modifié la phrase du site qui stipulait l'accès à deux nouveaux template!
Désormais on y lit :
"Le Template Club NeoJoomla vous donne la possibilité d\'accéder à un club privé de Templates professionels de toute dernière génération (XHTML, CSS, optimisé, etc...). En vous inscrivant vous avez accès à tous les templates existants pendant la durée de votre abonnement!"
Exit le "+ deux nouveaux templates par mois"
Abonné depuis le 5 février 2009 pour trois mois, j'attends donc mes 6 nouveaux templates... Et je crois pouvoir dire que j'attendrai longtemps avant d'en apercevoir ne serais qu'une ombre...
Ce qui ne ferait qu'un template par mois puisque mon abonnement a été renouvelé automatiquement sans mon autorisation pour trois mois et que maintenant les nouveaux templates n'existent plus! Mais ils ont oublié d'en effacer les traces dans la FAQ qui indique encore que deux nouveaux templates naissent tous les mois! (saisie d'écran dispo sur demande tout comme celle de la page qui à été modifiée)!
Enfin, sur les CGV il est indiqué :
ARTICLE 2 : PRIX
Les prix de nos produits sont indiqués en euros, toutes taxes comprises (avec TVA française) et ...
Bien sûr que non celui de l'abonnement template club est indiqué en gros et en rouge 30€ ! Et en tout petit en dessous il est spécifié la TVA. Pratique interdite en France les prix pour le grand public doivent être clairement indiqués TTC! Et ne dites pas que cet abonnement est réservé aux professionnel puisqu'il existe un abonnement pro.
Quel manque de professionnalisme sur ce site, j'espère simplement être remboursé de mon abonnement injustement prélevé (renouvellement non sollicité) et ne pas avoir besoin d'utiliser les services de la DGCCRF par exemple.

Comme ce forum n'est réservé qu'aux abonnés, et ils doivent fuirent rapidement, je comprends mieux le manque de réactions, aussi je vous donne rendez-vous sur celui de Joomla.fr pour donner suite à cette discussion

Pour ce qui est de l'affichage des prix, ils sont en effet affichés par défaut en HT, car notre portail n'est pas destiné uniquement à la France. Une fois identifié, les prix sont mis à jour automatiquement en fonction du pays du client.
