Can you tell me how to edit this please?

Yes I would like to change these in frontend and backend.  Not just zip code though.  I need to be able to remove some fields or rename some fields etc etc

I have just bought neorecruit and I was wondering if anyone could advise me how to customise the job board form and also the apply for this job now form.  Basically I want to remove some of the fields and also amend some of them as for example I don't need "Zip Code"
