I too was having this problem.

My users are having problems when they try to "download covering letter".

"Download CV" does not present any problem.

A file does download but when opened the text looks like this:
PK����Yd8�Ӂ�"
�������[Content_Types].xml���N�0E�|��m�8e�J��%tQ>�'���!�[ڿg��.P(�n"9s�=������"�*����)��k+��y��9�$���wP�# ....etc.

Any suggestions on how to correct this?
