I need some help with the Clocking Machine template.

I have a little website with some google map (gps data, pictures, etc) and when I click on waypoint icon to see the thumbnail pop up, I noticed that there is a blueish tint (this may change when time changes).  When I saw it, it was middle of day and background was blue.

Click on a red camera icon in the middle.  You will notice a bubble with GPS coordinates and a thumbnail picture popup.  Do you notice that background also come thru over the map at various locations.

Can you help me figure out why this works this way?

I tried to upload the html I used to add that map using iframe, but i get an error message saying that the upload directory is not writable.
