When looking at my apache log I found that NeoRecruit expects a language file from the installed language within its directory. After copying the english.php file and renaming it to in my case dutch.php the frontpage loads.
Hope this helps for everyone running into the same problem.
I've downloaded your component this morning because I want to examine the possibilities using it for one of my customers. After installing everything works fine, configuration has been done and categories etc. are created and I have created a menu link towards the component. A blank page is displayed however when selecting the component from the menu item, as well as from the latest job offerings module.
My system contains of Apache 2.x, PHP 5.2 and joomla 1.0.12 (dutch)
