I am having the same issue and we are are using swmenu pro.  We absolutely have to use swmenu pro, so I am very much in need of any information on how to fix this issue.  I know that it is the conflict as I have NEO recruit installed on teh production site and it's sister testing site.  The testing site does not use swmenu pro, and has no issues.
