Component not working!

Hello,

Yesterday I received the lastest version of NeoRecruit. It's the first time I bought one of your components. But I'm dissapointed. The product for which we have to pay is not working correctly. I also get a blank page and the buttons in the backend (save/apply) are not working. I hope you soon will release this component without any bugs and problems.

can you give you system info? (php info, etc...)

Would you please give a reply on my messages? I installed the demo version also (other website) Also no problems with the installation, but I have the same problems: save and aplly button are not working (configuration) When I choose 'publish' (configuration and choose save/apply) I got this error:

Line: 1304
Error: html_mode is empty or no object
URL: ...../administrator/index2.php?option=com_neorecruit&task=config_edit&hidemenu=1

Hi Arno !

Can you tell us if the safe mode is activated or not on your server ?!? You can see it in backend, in the menu System > System info.

If the safe mode is on ON, that could be the reason of your problem !

Hello,

I used the WysiswygPro editor. I changed the editor and the problem in the back end (save/apply/ publish) is solved! But I still get a blank page in the frontend.

Hello,
in fact it could be an language error. Some of our clients had this issue with local Joomla (as Dutch).
Could you tell us which language you use?

Today 27-03-2007 I bought the latest version of neorecruit. Administration seems to work properly but public view just shows a blank page.
