Hi Sam,
When a new offer is post in frontend, an email is sent to all administrators for whom "Send email system" is set to "Yes".
In backend, there isn't any notification, because only administrators can access the back office.

It would be really nice if there was a way to notify everyone on my Joomla site rather than just the administrators that there is a new offer that's been posted. I guess not eh? Perhaps this could be a wishlist type request.
