Hi,

You can found the font file used in this template on dafont website www.dafont.com. There are 2 differents fonts, one is PP  Handwriting for word "Dust" with textsize at 35pt and letterspacing at 25, and the other for text : DustGraphik is Depraved with fontsize at 45pt.

After to export your modifications, make a slice with slice tool at the sames dimensions to final image, ensure the position are exactly the same to obtain a best render. And finally use Save for web option (files/save for web).

ps: To be sure to the position between the template image and your slice are identical, place the template image to a new layer into photoshop file and move it to obtain a perfect superposition, help you to this to draw your slice.
