I tried first to install ioncube on a crystone-server, but no luck, tried installing it on our own server (problem here is that our isp always blacks out), and i was successful. When trying to install the component in joomla, i get this error:


Unrecoverable error "PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10)"

Installation file not found:
[ Continue ... ]

Any ideas?

Thank you for taking your time to check that up for me, but the result is still the same, since i cannot change anything on the servers configs, since it's a webhotel. Any other idea? Could help if i could decompress the zip and upload it to the server, and install from directory instead.

The zip folder you try to install is maybe corrupted... Did you try to download another one, by the menu My Orders > My Files ?
