This problem was fixed with the version 1.4.1 of NeoRecruit.

And a branch for the russian users isn't planned for the moment no.

Yes, the problem was fixed in the 1.4.1 version.

And NeoRecruit 1.4.2 is now available!

Could you try to update in the database, in the NeoRecruit tables, all the collations from "latin1_swedish_ci" to "cp1251_general_cs" ?

NeoRecruit tables in "cp1251_general_cs" already. In database all components (include NeoRecruit) are in cp1251_general_cs. All data can be read (include all data from NeoRecruit). But in administration panel data from NeoRecruit are shown in incomprehensible charset, there is same in frontend. Data from language files are shown good.

Ok, the tables are in "cp1251_general_cs", but are the fields in "cp1251_general_cs" too ? The fields "title", or "description" in the table "jos_neorecruit_offers" for example ?
