I'm not speaking about the colours, if i was specifically concerned over the colours i would have said that.
Your templates seem to evolve lately around dark templates, and in retrospect, many businesses, and others who use your templates are getting away from the old style dark ones.
Bring to life your templates with options for flash in the header, more vibrant tabbing, the colour schemes are at most dull.
And if you think i am over critical about the templates looking similar, then Jilloween and Underground are classic examples of 2 more or less the same.
I notice on your site about the profiles of people at Neojoomla with respect saying they are great in their fields, to be honest i have not seen a great template for several months.
You only have to look around at what many other clubs are offering such as:
http://demo.yootheme.com/Whilst their templates do take a bit to load their stylish templates suit a larger range of people than i can say the Neojoomla ones do.
Whilst you may find this feedback insulting and critical, i also believe that making these comments actually produce better results in the long run.
You cannot charge people money and say you will produce X amounts of templates and then fail to it, it is called FRAUD and whilst Raphael has acknowledged your falling behind, this only creates bad influence to your business structure.
Because people who are signed up to your club do actually go on other boards and speak their mind about Neojoomla, maybe it is something you don't want to hear, but in all honesty at one point your were right up their with sites like Joomlart / Rocketheme, but sadly you have fallen very short these last few months.
If you remember i messaged you guys privately some months ago about this very same subject matter, not producing the templates you agree in your terms, but now sorry to say my messages are no longer private because you keep doing it, even before the Christmas season.
If i am to refer my clients for joomla templates then for the time being i will continue to refer them to Yootheme, that is until your guys pick up your game.
