Multiple Components

Hi,
My client runs a recruitment agency that has 6 different sectors (driving, secretarial, legal, accountancy etc...) and they need a different feel for each one.
To this end I'm producing a Joomla site with one template but different colour schemes for each sector.
If I want to keep each sector separate within NeoRecruit can I do that or do I need to have 6 separate components/sites running? Is there the possibility to have separate sections within NeoRecruit?
I'd like to have the candidate log in once but be able to apply for jobs in each sector if necessary.
Sorry if this is obvious but I haven't been able to look into the component properly yet as I can't see any configuration page to help me work out what's what.

Hello Oliver,
You can't do what you need with the categories of offers?!? Do you maybe want to seperate the unsollicited applications too?

Hi Raphael,
I've now had a good look round your component and I have to tell you that I'm very impressed! Very clean and uncomplicated - this can be rare with lots of Joomla components!
Yes, it looks like I can do what I need with the categories. I've made a separate J! main menu link for each category url so that the template colours can change for each one.
What is the unsolicited application form for? Is it just for people wanting to apply for all jobs?

Thanks a lot Oliver!
The candidates don't apply for all offers with the unsollicited application form, they don't apply for any offer in fact. It allows candidates to send application, even if they don't found any "interesting" offer.

OK Raphael, thanks.
Now I thought I'd sorted out what I needed to do regarding this colour changing thing but I've run into a problem...
I've configured my 3rd party template to show the site in a different colour according to which category I'm in. This is made possible by adding a url link in the main Joomla menu for each category id. The index.php of the template is set to display a particular colour scheme for a particular menu id and it's children. It works great.
However, the problem lies where the NeoRecruit 'Latest Offers' module is used. If a link from that module is clicked the resulting page displays with the default colour scheme regardless of which category it's in. This is because the page isn't reached via the main menu links which dictate the colour scheme. Ordinarily I could just make a hard coded link to a page to overcome this but as the information in that module is generated by Neorecruit I can't.
So, the question is:
a) Does your own template club provide a template that could cope with this requirement? If so I'll join.
or b) Are you able to quote me for a revised module to get this working?
or c) Is it impossible!
I'm a designer, absolutely not a developer so PHP is completely alien to me.
Here's a link to the site so you can see what I'm trying to achieve. Please ignore the ugly logo - I'm trying to convince them to let me make them a new one!

Hello Oliver,
Sorry for the late, I haven't seen your post.
Did you solved the problem ?
If not, I think it's not a problem of template. To use a template from our templace club will not change anything to your problem.
I think here the solution would be to modify the component NeoRecruit, and add a field "color" in the categories form. Like this, in the module "Latest offers", we could find from each offers its category, and from each categories its color.

Hi Raphael,
Thanks for the reply.
So if I wanted to modify the component and module is this something you're suggesting I do (I don't think I'd know where to start) or would you be able to provide me with a modified file(s)?
Best regards,
Ollie

Hi Ollie,
Which parameter are you using to select the color in your template? The catid or the Itemid?
