My client is not happy with the application form in NR. They need a REALLY large and detailed form that spans multiple pages. Is there a way turn off the application form functionality in NR without hacking the code? If I have to hack the code I am assuming it would be in the file font.offer_card.html.php? starting at around line 91 or so?? Thanks Jack www.affinityav.com

Hello John,
You're right, you can't hide the form without editing the code.
You need to modify the file /components/com_neorecruit/screens/front.offer_card.html.php, and remove or comment the lines 98 to 346.

Thanks Raphael.
I'm not trying to be pushy, but my client needs this done as soon as possible. So I need this project to be a priority. If you can't make it a priority that's fine. I just need to know right away so I can task one of my coders to do the work.
However my first choice it to work with the original developer (you in this case).
thanks. jack

Thanks to want to work with us Jack, but it will really not be possible to do these developments during the following days or weeks.

Good to know Raphael.
I'll proceed with my own coders and keep you informed on our progress.

Greetings Raphael,
The use of IonCube with NeoRecruit is scaring off coders to work on my customization project. It says in your FAQ that the admin files are encrypted. However I am able to view those files just fine on my local machine.
Since we are adding a lot of new fields to the job application form these fields need to show in the backend NR admin.
Is NR using ioncube? and if so what files are encrypted and does this keep me from my project??
Please answer as soon as you can.
Thanks jack

Hello John,
No, NeoRecruit doesn't use Ioncube anymore, the component isn't encrypted anymore. So you can see and edit all the files you want!

Thanks. That's good news.
You might want to update your FAQ with this info. It directly contradicts your statement.
Thanks again jack
