Hello Andrea,

It's right we are behind with some templates, we are working to publish them as soon as possible (a new one will be available in the following hours). We will then adjust the subscriptions, so that the members can have the templates they paid for.

I'm glad you guys are back in action... Grimaçant yeah, u may lack in this few month but it is great to see you guys are keep it up a good job with the new template twinmedia  Clin d'oeil simple and nice template...and I see you guys have make version 1.5 too...that is marvelously  Sourire  keep a good job guys.. I'm looking forwards on you guys... Clin d'oeil and it is possible if the other template will be converted to version 1.5 too?

 Huh this is bad admin....i got another 3 month to go and i have waste few month with no template been released by neojoomla...i spend a lot of money to join your club but this is what i get... Huh common your design and template are great and that why i join in but i did not see any updates ...what will u gonna do with the few month pass that u did not released the template to your customer.  Huh Even if we ask for refund u don't ever bother us...please respond to us and give us some updates that are u still in business or not... From 3 month now i got ONLY 4 days left and my membership with this neojoomla will be expired in few days...and by now i did not received and new template been produced by u guys...what is this..? from the date u reply August 13, 2008 until today November 1, 2008 i don't think that ur graphists need to take so many times/month to working on new template as so long time btw actually it took so many month to just released a 1 template don't u?  Huh the matter is where is the template? i did not see any of it been released...my membership was a waste for a half year without getting what is should be and this is really BAD. If u can't make it don't ever promised it will be released soon or what so ever...giving a promised then ignored it for many month it is not right...and yeah regarding the extended  subscriptions will we will get it or not? if u guys still did not produced any template then it a waste to extended our membership it will be back at square one...useless!... Fâché

Hello admin...
This is funny....why ru still charging me on the membership since u guys did not operate any more...there no template been released for few month and after my membership is dead...u still like to charge it to my account?  Huh wow...luckly that my acc is block if not i'm losing my money again...i'm waiting for the new template that has been delay u should extend the subscriptions not asking me to pay again...i hope u keep on your promise...

Guys out there beware of this matter....when u subscriptions with neojoomla their system is automatic or what so ever it will bill u again for subscription on this club...huh! this should not be like this...it is up to the customer who want to continue to  subscriptions then they will pay it. I have enough loosing my money and not loosing it again.

Hello,

Sorry for all these inconveniences.

The new portal will be released on December 1st, and we will modify the Template Club so that these problems can not reproduce. We will extend all the subscribtions (of course for free) and we will remove the automatic renewal.

It was not a joke when I told you that our graphists worked on new templates, but they didn't find the time to finish them. We will try to release at least one before the end of the year, and we will extend the subscriptions at this time.
