Unfortunately, you can't set a field as required automatically from the backend, you will have to edit the code of the component if you really need to do that. We will add a "form manager" in a next version of the component, so that you wil be able to add, modify or remove each field, and set them as required or optional.

And a recruiter must necessarily have a user account to post offers, because each offer is attached to a recruiter. This recruiter needs to be able to edit its offers (and this recruiter must be the only one to be able to edit them), and he will receive the notifcation emails when a candiaate will apply for one of its offers.
