Email type defines the type of reply email you can sent the applicant when you administrate the applies thru the NeoRecruit Administrator.
Example: say I have reflected to a job offer that is on you website. My information is stored in the 'Applications' list (that is wrong description and should be 'Applicants'). You click on the Applicant's name and you can choose (down page) for 'Select the Email to Send'. This means that you can reply with a pre-defined email that reflects the reaction of your HR manager in order to let the applicant know that he/she is invited or not. I made three messages containing (general content in one line):
- NO (Thanks but no chance)
- MAYBE (Thanks we will come back with you within two weeks)
- YES (Thanks, you are the person we are looking for, let's make an appointment)
