I made following settings within backend:

access = public   

This works for me

formular access = public

This work NOT - no Formular is shown, but the message to register or login.


Can you tell me to hotfix this please?

Could you tell me the versions of Joomla and NeoRecruit you are using please ?

And could you maybe send us the address of your website, and an access to the backend?

As a 'form' is an job offer, it might be possible that you need to publish it else you can't read the apply with the form.
If you are talking about 'Unsollicited Application' then you are talking about a menu choice that needs to be active in order to display it by Joomla!
