Where do i remove the component headings i.e. Unsolicited application?

Ok, thanks Colin.

This headings is in the file /components/com_neorecruit/screens/front.application_form.html.php, line 19. You can just comment the lines 17 to 21, or change the variable _NEORECRUIT_UNSOLICITED_APPLICATION in the language file if you want to replace the title.
