I have nearly completed my clients recruitment site, but i have the following queries:

Search:
I want to remove 'Working Place' & 'Category' from the search as this is no longer required.
How do I do this please?

Editor:
I am experimenting with different editors at the moment, 'Tiny MCE', JoomlaFCK', 'JCE'. Basically, when you post a job, and you come to the editor section whereby you can add the description of the site I need to have a VERY simple image upload facility. I don't want the user to upload the image to the image folder, i want it directly into the content of the description. Tiny MCE would be the best if you didn't have to enter the image URL. My client wants to keep it simple and feels that image URL's will be too complicated for some users, hence i am looking for an image upload feature that is EASY!
Any Ideas?

Unsolicted Applications / CV Database:
The cv database is an important feature of my clients overall site requirement.
I realise that i can restrict who has access to the Unsolicted Applications which is good as users who pay a premium to the site will be the ones who have access to them.
What I REALLY need is to be able to search the Unsolicted Applications only! So when the user gains access to the unsolicited applications they will also gain access to an unsolicted application search function.
Is this possible??
If this isn't possible, is there any CV database software / extensions out there that i could use on my site???

In fact if any of the above cannot be done easily could I get a quote for development of these?

P.S. I was a newbie to your software a week ago but I have a persistant client that has meant I am quickly becoming an expert!!
