I downloaded the evaluation version of neoRecruit, and I got a similar problem as this guy:

Site error: the file /XXXXXXXXXX/content/administrator/components/com_neorecruit/admin.neorecruit.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_4.4.so to be installed by the site administrator.
/content/ is my root file.
I've never encountered this problem before, and I don't know how to load a loader.

Here's what I've tried:
I uploaded an ioncube file from the site you specified to my root folder. This file *does* have the file ioncube_loader_lin_4.4.so
What else can I do?
