i really need the following and having read through the large majority of posts, I can't seem to find any satisfactory response:

1.I need to feed job sites my full offers list from neorecruit 1.5. on joomla version 1 is this at all possible? The built in RSS feed obviously only feeds frontpage information and the the only other components I can find do not link to neorecruit?

2. I cannot see anywhere where I can change the offers list to post the most recent offer at the TOP of the list, this seems pretty straight forward and despite many references to this throughout the forum, it doesn't seem to have been addressed.
