I have worked with a lot of components, but this component seems unnecessarily rigid to customize for clients. I simply want to remove a few fields from the Add Job Offer form and link "Add a Job" from a menu item and it seems impossible. 

Is there a way to have a simple, one page form (without all the options of which fields to show or hide) for the users of my site who are not technical? Having all the other options in the post an offer tab like "publication" and "Parameters" is unnecessary. They just want to post a job, not got to school on this application. Also... why when I link to the page that adds a job (index.php?option=com_neorecruit) does it not work? It sends you to the main page instead of the add a job form?! Very, very frustrating. My client is having a really hard time understanding how to use the component, and I am having a hard time customizing it to their specs. Any help would be appreciated.
