Which setting of configuration rights do you recommend ?

Currently my setting is this way, that registerd members can delete unsolicited application !!
That is not sensefull !

Where can i change the rights for:

- Recruiters
- Job offering members
- Job searching members
- Job candidates.

Currently candidates can delete !!!  unsolicited applications from other members (they can post unsol. applic. without registering

Any support or "How to" avalable for this software ?
Or only french speaking members get supported ?

I´m realy thinking over to give back the software/Lizence ....seems not as flexible as I ment it to be....
