Hi

I would like to change the frontpage jobs list to include 'Function' 'Company' 'Country' and 'Date' instead of the current default fields. How would I do this? I have read and reread this post: http://www.neojoomla.com/option,com_neosmf/Itemid,54/topic,754.0/

which helps somewhat but I need to know exactly which files to edit and which lines to replace and what to replace it with.  I'm new to Joomla and it would be great if I could manipulate this component in this way.
