Hi,

I have registered, paid and received the component, but the ZIP in the mail is empty 
And, when I visit "My Files" section, there are 3 entries for the same component and when I ask it to send me the file(s) again, these ZIP files are also empty. Any ideas??

I have downloaded and installed OK, but there is another problem with it - I have logged that as a separate post.
