[GENERAL] If I buy one of your products, would it be possible to have the new releases?
Yes. If you buy one of our products, you will have access to all the future releases. We are working to enhance them very often, according to our clients needs. Every products ordered could be find in the "My Files" menu, in the user part of our website. You can download the files there.
[GENERAL] I have ordered a file on your website, but I didn't receive anything.
The file may have been blocked by a SPAM filter or considered as a bulk mail by your mail client. You can ask for a new mail in the "My Files" menu, in the user part of our website.
[GENERAL] Do you provide support for your products? When can we contact it?
We provide support for each commercial products that we propose via email or forum. If a product doesn't work on your website we will help to you find the solution as soon as possible. Our support doesn't provide help to customize our products. We can help you in the forum but it's not one of our commiments. Our support team is available from Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM (GMT+1 - Paris).
[EXTENSIONS] I would like to order a component on NeoJoomla but I don't know which address I have to give for my website?
The address that you have to give us is the address corresponding to the SERVER_NAME in phpinfo().
[EXTENSIONS] Are your components encrypted?
No, no one of our components is encrypted, neither the free components, nor the commercial ones. So you don't need to install Ioncube or another decoder program.
